Aura Tarot is provided by Pixel Turtle Apps, operated by Alexander Golub in Poland. The app offers tarot readings, daily cards, educational content, card meanings, journaling, and optional AI-assisted interpretations.

2. Reflection and entertainment

You remain responsible for your choices and should consult a qualified professional when a decision affects your health, safety, rights, finances, or wellbeing.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app unlawfully or to harm, threaten, or harass another person.
• Attempt to bypass Premium access, advertising rewards, security, or usage controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or its services.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Use generated content as authoritative professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Google account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

4. Premium subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal, a subscription may renew automatically.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Google Play's terms and applicable consumer law. Restoring a purchase requires access to the relevant Google Play account.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app, visual design, illustrations, text, software, and branding are owned by Pixel Turtle Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

You retain rights in text you submit. You allow us to process that text only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aura Tarot reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may evolve, and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aura Tarot is provided “as is.” Pixel Turtle Apps is not responsible for decisions made from tarot or generated interpretations, indirect losses, or failures caused by networks, stores, devices, or third-party services. No part of these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You can request account and cloud-data deletion using our Data Deletion page.
