1. Who is responsible

Aura Tarot is provided by Pixel Turtle Apps, an independent mobile studio operated by Alexander Golub in Poland. For privacy questions, contact pixelturtleapps@gmail.com.

2. Information used by the app

Account information

The app may create an anonymous Firebase account. If you choose Google Sign-In, we may receive your Firebase user identifier, display name, email address, and profile photo.

Reading and journal content

Cards, spread selections, reading context, generated interpretations, and journal history may be stored so you can return to them and synchronize them across sessions. Do not enter information about other people that you do not have permission to share.

Purchases

Subscription status, product identifiers, renewal state, and transaction-related identifiers are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. Pixel Turtle Apps does not receive your complete payment-card details.

App, device, and diagnostics data

We may process app version, device and operating-system information, app interactions, crash reports, performance data, security tokens, and advertising identifiers. This helps operate the app, prevent abuse, understand reliability, and improve features.

Advertising and rewards

Aura Tarot may show rewarded advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may process device and advertising information according to your consent choices and regional requirements. Reward events are validated to prevent misuse.

3. How information is used

• Provide readings, learning content, journals, and synchronization.
• Authenticate accounts and keep access secure.
• Generate requested AI-assisted interpretations.
• Manage Premium access, purchases, and restoration.
• Deliver and validate rewarded advertising.
• Measure performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the product.
• Meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

The app relies on specialist providers that process information on our behalf:

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, and App Check.
• Google Play: app distribution, billing, and subscription management.
• Google Mobile Ads: rewarded advertisements.
• RevenueCat: subscription entitlements and purchase status.
• AI infrastructure used to produce an interpretation when you request one.

These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and legally recognized transfer safeguards.

5. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain legitimate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, authentication, transport encryption, and platform security services, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. You can also manage ad choices through your device and subscription settings through Google Play.

7. Children

Aura Tarot is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their country. If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
